Took my phone here to get the screen fixed Brought a new phone case Fixed it and out case on before calling me back to get the phone I happen to take the case off and realized the screen doesn’t fix my phone and they won’t fix it saying it’s No warranty and they know they gave me a screen that doesn’t fit
The guy wouldn’t even give me his name because he knew he messed it up. He completely screwed up a camera lens replacement, the camera is basically unusable. I spent $60 and he took a razor blade to my phone for 30 minutes, damaged the back, scratched it all over.
The best help I Have had . Mike is very grounded , very knowledgeable and provides great customer service.
The tech mostly fixed my phone and he was nice enough but I'm annoyed because I felt very tricked. He told me the price to replace my screen and I agreed. Came back an hour later to a new screen(yay) but the finger print scanner doesn't work. I would not have agreed to pay $240 for the phone that only gets half-repaired if I had known before. He says the replacement screens are unavailable with fingerprints- I totally understand that's out of his control but that's information I needed BEFORE making the decision to get this repair. He was definitely rushing me out at the end which makes me worried for whatever function won't work next.
