We booked a full furnace cleaning along with the ducts because our system was making strange noises. David explained that dust and dirt buildup inside the blower were causing the problem. He disassembled it, cleaned it piece by piece, and then reinstalled it. The noise is gone, and the furnace now heats our home evenly without straining. The professionalism and attention to detail really impressed me, and I feel confident the system will last much longer now.
