I purchased a brand new Honda CR-V Hybrid and was told by the dealership they would be sending it to Classic Soft Trim for leather install. The first time, they installed it and there were a few crooked areas. And they had also broken a clip under my passenger seat. It’s over an hour drive, one way, to get here from where I live, and they had it for a few days. When I called the dealer to let them know, they drove it back down to Beaverton and only fixed it partially (had it again for a few days). Was told that was the way the leather was sent to them, with no solution offered to fix it (my middle arm rest is still crooked today). I had to call yet again and let them know the housing for the car seat latch system was loose. Neither the dealer or I was able to fix the housing. A woman at the dealer pointed out other issues she found too. A month and a half later they finally fixed the car seat latch housing but I’ve found more broken clips for my seat since then. And my arm rest still doesn’t look right. This is a nightmare how low the quality control is at Classic Soft Trim…and the lack of follow up/trying to make it right. I wouldn’t recommend using them for upholstery/leather.
