I had leather seats installed and Gonzalo helped me, he was nice but never mentioned that the product images he sent me would be four shades darker than the actual leather seats. (you can see in the pictures below.) When I received my seats, I was very surprised to see how different it looked than expected. After checking if it was the exact color I ordered, I was shocked to hear it was. I am now stuck having to pay again for these seats to be redone or stay dissatisfied with the current color.

2024 update: After a few years, there were some cracks on the console leather for some reason... Coach was quick to order a warranty replacement and I was in/out of their door within an hour. Thanks for standing by your product and install! This is why people should do business with them! The rest of my leather still looks great. They were the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I’m so glad we saved money on buying a base model truck and having coach put leather seats in.

So I went through the online Katzkin Automotive Leather upholstery business and with a 10% military discount and paid $1620 totally to get my fabric vehicle seats replaced with good quality leather upholstery and the Katzkin company had me drop my vehicle off at Coach Automotive Accessories in the Beaverton area about just over a mile from the Washington Square Mall. Within 30 hours after drop off my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Their work, quality, price, and speed is incredible. I went through 3 other business before hand and I got quotes of $2k-$3k and 2-4 week estimated time for completion. So Katzkin was the company to choose, definitely without a doubt and I'm super happy with the results!
