Had a computer that couldn't properly start up and froze on loading/repair screens, got it fixed about 24 hours after I dropped it off with express service! I needed data recovery and a clean Windows reinstall, but so far things look good and I am back to using my computer. Recommend!
I highly recommend Brainwave for computer repair services. I brought in a laptop for repair and assumed that it would take a few days to get back and cost about $100, based on previous experiences at other repair shops. Instead Eric immediately opened up the laptop, diagnosed the problem, and explained the solution. I offered to pay him something for his time but he politely refused. Thank you!
Took my computer in expecting to leave and pick up later. Technicians fixed it in 15 minutes and only charged half price! Very knowledgeable and curtious staff. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on!
I brought my dead computer here 2 weeks ago. I wasn't sure if I wanted to get it fixed because my work was sending me a new one, but the staff here still looked at it and tested its function. They went above and beyond even though I didn't end up getting it serviced, and I really appreciated the kindness and the expertise.
