Thomas was great. Very polite and professional. Ordered the parts and thinking shouldn’t have any more issues for a long time. Got the washer back up and running.

Very happy with the service and the level of communication we received through the process. The technician’s name was Laurence and he was very professional and knowledgeable.
So I've used this company in the past. I'll continue to work with them should I need any appliances repair. My only complaint is they have outsourced their call center to somewhere over seas. I did try and communicate with them for a simple matter of confusion which went unresolved. So finally I emailed them one last time and I received a call from over seas explaining to me that the required part was magically in stock the same day I mentioned wanting my money back for the part, and the diagnostics fee. It took almost two weeks for the part and service. Initially I was told a couple of days. So I was frustrated with the situation. It's a repair I could have and should have done on my own to save a lot of money. Womp Womp. But in the end I believe everything seemed to work out well. Their was a bit of a breakdown of communication. Ultimately, I would recommend them. Quinton DeVault.
This company, in the past, has provided good service. The technician, Thomas that comes out is great. The issue was that on August 28, 2025 Thomas was here to look at two separate units, one free standing commercial refrigerator and one free standing commercial freezer. Each unit needed a new compressor - these repairs were well over $1000 each - which I paid, in advance. The refrigerator was fixed. The freezer compressor took longer to come in, but did come in and he came out and replaced it. The new unit was bad. I understand that, things like that happen. But I waited over a week and finally called again, and a replacement had never been ordered. Then the wrong part was ordered, then Thomas decided it was something else - that didn't work either. I have been following up weekly for over two months now - and for about the third time yesterday, they set an appointment only to finally tell me at almost 5pm that Thomas never even had the part on his truck yesterday. At one point I got the office manager on the phone and she said to just ask for her - so I have tried that - she won't return a call or take a call. No one there is doing anything to get to the bottom of whether or not the part is even in their possession. I owned auto dealerships and this does not fly - you have got to talk to customers and tell them the truth about what is happening. Yesterday they kept just pushing back the time the tech would be there - first it was 12:15 - 1:15, then it was 2:15 - 3:15, then it was "let me call you back once I've talked to the tech". I finally called again about 4:20 having gotten no call back and was told (after 20 minutes on hold) that he never even had the part on his truck. This is the 6th day one of us has taken off work to be here, either for diagnosis, a broken part, and now three no-shows because they scheduled an appointment without actually having the part in stock. The entire day has gone by again and no one has bothered to call me.
