Wes and his 2 man crew showed up at 7 am on the coldest day of the year (-2). Removed old furnace and central air. Installed new Trane Hybrid (gas furnace/Heat Pump) combination system. By 3:30, they were finished (incredible speed and efficiency). The installation was beautiful…everything was done to perfection. They were very particular in cleaning up after themselves (Wes vacuumed the floors and swept the garage out). They hauled away the old furnace and a/c. I moved here theee yeas ago . I tried to get a service hvac to come out and pm my unit. No luck. I tried several places. No one wanted to help. I saw a Lanz van drive by and chased him down the driver gave me contact information I called them and they came right out. Did a pm on my unit. Their dispatch was helpful and friendly. The tech was very knowable and very easy to deal with. I am happy to finally find them. First class company.
