DO NOT use this company if you need your A/C fixed. The 1st technician diagnosed a problem, said they’d email us and never did. After going back & forth for 2 weeks, another tech came out & diagnosed a different issue. 3 weeks and almost $500 later; our A/C is still broken. This company is terrible about following up to complete the service, but very prompt with requesting payment.
This company is truly great to work with! They picked up the slack from another company that never completed the job, Claiborne got our HVAC up and running in record speed! Kevin worked with me on some hoops that I had to go through on my end that he was not obligated to do. Being that I no longer live in the area, and doing this long distance, I cannot say how much I appreciate Kenny and the whole staff that I spoke with! Every single person in that office that I spoke with was super nice, courteous, knowledgeable and just wanted to provide the best overall service and experience for me and I'm 100% sure for all of their customers! If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
I had some reservations about some plumbing work that Claiborne had done recently. Ended up being able to talk to the owner about it, that’s the kind of service you get with a nice small company like this. The owner was very nice and reasonable over the phone.
Very professional team! They installed my new Carrier HVAC system and helped me answer any questions. I learned to make sure your filter arrow points towards the heater, and the way the air flows. Friendly and hardworking people here!
