This is the repair shop my extended warranty is thru, I wasn’t sure but as soon as I walked thru their doors I felt assured I would be well taken care of and I was! They kept me up to date daily with what was going on. It was something with my transmission. As soon as they got the part the car was taken care of and all was great. Everyone I had spoken with was truly professional and kind. They treat you like family. I highly recommend them for any car service you may need 😊

I brought my vehicle to Christian Brothers in Norman because I had a warranty and expected trustworthy service. I was shocked to learn they charge $175 per problem just for diagnostics — not a flat rate for the whole inspection. That means if your vehicle has two issues, you’ll pay around $350 just to find out what’s wrong. My warranty didn’t cover the issue I was having, so I was stuck to pay $300 in diagnostic scans. I would have NEVER EVER agreed to that price to pay out of my own pocket. The guy who called told me the price and I was in disbelief. He said he would talk to the manager and get it lowered and call me back. That call never happened. I was stuck with a $300 bill with not a damn thing fixed and the issue I had is way worse than when I dropped it off. I barely made it home. There’s many garages locally that don’t charge for diagnostics. A-1 garage in Norman for example, DOES NOT CHARGE for diagnostic scan. To anybody reading this, Do not get scammed here. Times are to tough right now. This feels completely unreasonable and misleading for a place that claims to be built on honesty and faith-based values. I expected transparency and fairness but left feeling taken advantage of. Save your money and go somewhere else. They should rename the place to “Greedy Brothers Automotive”
