I highly recommend PROFIX for any auto repair or maintenance needs. They are incredibly honest, and their communication throughout the process was exceptional. My son’s truck ended up needing quite a few repairs, and they provided thorough explanations, with pictures and videos, along with the price for each repair, before any work was performed.
I found out about them when my Jeep was “ducked” I didn’t need repair at the time, but the duck came in handy. I needed a place to do my oil change so I brought it in. They told me two things that needed to be addressed and we’re very honest that it didn’t have to be done at that time but to eventually get them done. I was hooked after that, honesty is everything .I have since made them my go to repair shop. I Recently had the check engine light come on. They said Bring it right in. They told me what the code was told me to keep an eye on it and to bring it back if it was giving me issues and they would dive into . Anyone looking for an honest repair shop that cares about the customer not the hard sell this is your place. They’re so busy because they care About their customer, which translates into an extremely successful business!
I’ve had multiple good experiences here over the years, most recently in January 2026. They’re always friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. They don’t try to get you to do things your car doesn’t need just to change you more, like a lot of other car repair places. The waiting area is small but always clean and quiet.
Computers are good but these guys are great. My car indicated a serious overheating problem and directed me to the dealer. I prepared for a big bill. Instead I called Profix. They got me right in, went above and beyond searching for a problem, made a simple fix and he’d me on the road without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them. They are my new “go to” shop.
I have taken my cars here for years. They always do good work and resolve my issues. I love their new system that texts you the estimate to review and you can immediately respond and let them know what work you authorize them to do. It has pics and videos so you understand your needed repairs. Their financing options are helpful when you need them too!
