Gave me a quote that was the lowest price in Norman and got the work done within 48 hour time frame, much quicker time frame than any shop was able to give me in Norman. This was right before Christmas and I had been told my car could not be fixed until the New Year. This shop had it in and out in no time and it runs perfectly now highly recommend. Luke Skywalker is my new mechanic!
Zack is a very awesome guy. He always does his best to ensure my car is running well. If there is a problem, he finds the best value to fix it. I'm really happy to have found a mechanic who knows what he is doing and does a great job.
I wish I could give more stars. My car started smoking near Ace after their operating hours, and I pulled in just because it was the closest place. Zack was still there working on a car, and he was very friendly and helpful, promising to get to it first thing in the morning. He diagnosed and fixed everything within ONE DAY, gave me a good rate, and even discounted his own labor once realized he originally quoted me too low so that he could stay near the promised price. He also went out if his way to make sure I could pick up my car the same day even though I couldn't come until after they closed.
Called everywhere in Norman, and Zach gave me the best rate. He’s a personable guy and easily reachable. I dropped my car off and it was fixed in a few hours and priced exactly the same as the estimate. I got my brake pads replaced and my car is running like a charm. I definitely plan on coming back in the future.
