Very respectful and professional gentleman. After fixing my gas fireplace, he thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed everything. Then he showed me how to operate the fireplace since it was my first time owning one. I'm super pregnant so easily forgetful, but Robert didn't mind going over the steps not twice but three times.
