I hired Joe Vance to do stucco repair on my elderly parent’s home. Joe arrived on time to look at the job and give us a price to complete the repair. The repair involved roofing and stucco. So Joe interfaced with the roofers so both teams were on the same page as to the extent of what needed to be done. Joe again arrived on time to do the stucco work and was very easy to deal with for a fair price. He even repaired two additional small areas that needed attention that were above and beyond the original scope of the job… for the same price. He also painted the new stucco.
