I was so grateful someone was able to come out so fast when I had an unexpected leak on a Sunday morning. And the follow up to fix a different issue was quick and easy just a day later. I just had a great experience with Plumb Easy! My toilet started leaking into my living room. Fortunately, it wasn't anything major. I called this service at 7:45 am and they were here at 9:30 am. Impressive! The toilet just needed to be resealed. He did it in no time and did not over charge me! Chase the plumber was friendly and explained everything to me. Great company highly recommend...

From the first phone call to the tankless water heater flush service, the customer service was exceptional. The customer service rep was friendly, patient and helpful. The technician was on time and went above and beyond to flushing out my tankless water heater. He was helpful and experienced; I loved that he kept me updated.
