Travis Coste is incredible. We had a major plumbing issue that needed urgent attention. Travis’ response time was extremely prompt. Not only was Travis’ response time quick, but the professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness he showed is unmatched. I cannot say enough great things about Dean and his team at Rooter Man Plumbing. After discovering a water leak under the slab of my house, I was stressed and unsure how disruptive or expensive the repair would be. Dean immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge, honesty, and clear explanation of the process.
A full home repipe sounds overwhelming, but Dean and his crew completed the entire job in just ONE DAY, which is nothing short of amazing. The team was professional, efficient, respectful of my home, and clearly very experienced. They worked nonstop, stayed organized, and kept everything clean throughout the project.
What truly impressed me was the pricing. The cost was very reasonable, fair, and transparent, especially for such a major job. There were no surprises or hidden fees, and I felt I received incredible value for the quality of work performed.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Dean kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was done correctly and to a high standard. The workmanship is top-notch, and I feel confident knowing the plumbing in my home is now reliable and problem-free.

I called Rooter-man this morning at 8:30 am to inspect a sewage smell. Nelson remembered me from service a few years ago, and sent Rob and Trey out within hours. When they got here they diagnosed problem within minutes and were gone. My experience with this team was very positive. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and fair. I definitely will use them again and recommend their services.

We’ve had Travis come to our house several times over the past year for different plumbing issues, and every experience has been excellent. He’s always prompt, professional, and courteous.
