I called Rooter-man this morning at 8:30 am to inspect a sewage smell. Nelson remembered me from service a few years ago, and sent Rob and Trey out within hours. When they got here they diagnosed problem within minutes and were gone. My experience with this team was very positive. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and fair. I cannot say enough great things about Dean and his team at Rooter Man Plumbing. After discovering a water leak under the slab of my house, I was stressed and unsure how disruptive or expensive the repair would be. Dean immediately put my mind at ease with his knowledge, honesty, and clear explanation of the process. Rooter Man takes great care of us! They respond promptly/fit us in quickly when we need their help, and that means a lot. Big thanks to Travis for both the little fixes and tackling the plumbing emergencies with skill, and for letting me watch/ask questions and learn what I can along the way. We’ve had Travis come to our house several times over the past year for different plumbing issues, and every experience has been excellent. He’s always prompt, professional, and courteous. Travis Coste is incredible. We had a major plumbing issue that needed urgent attention. Travis’ response time was extremely prompt.
