We've used first call since we moved into our home 3 years ago and have been so impressed! Love their membership model which gives us peace of mind having regular tune ups. All of the technicians we've worked with have been wonderful, knowledgeable, and honest!
Truly from the first call I felt good about First Call heating. Shelby actually answered the phone and she is very easy to talk to. Lauren V. called me back and we set up a appointment. In 3 days from the time I called, I have a brand new Lennox furnace. It's so quiet and much warmer. Best furnace, great price. Very happy.
Excellent experience with Andrew T this morning. He got my furnace running like a champ. He was thorough & very knowledgeable. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to buy a new one.
