Our boiler stopped working on Super Bowl Sunday, one of the most frigid days of the year! We called Krull and Son at 2pm - Chris arrived at 4pm. Our boiler was repaired and the heat was working by 5pm!! This was OUTSTANDING!! Liz, in the office, was thorough, polite and very reassuring. Chris, the master plumber, was competent, service oriented, and honest. We could not be more satisfied!!! And in this world in which service is a lost art, we were delighted that we had called such a fantastic company!!!

Chris Krull and his assistant, based on his assessment, told me to properly repair a leak in an old heating line pipe that removing and replacing some of the old pipes was necessary. They showed up, promptly began the work and finished later in the day. End result, no more leaking, old or repaired pipes, no more clanging of pipes, all my radiators are now cooking. Some of these radiators previously never even got warm. Kudos to these guys, look no further than this group. Honest, explained it all and efficient. Thanks Krull.

My toilet was clogged and overflowed onto the water. I immediately call Charles Krull & Son plumbing. They responded within minutes. They had someone within the hour. Larry came. He was extremely professional and respectful of not tracking any mess into my house. In addition, he communicated to me everything he would be doing and possibilities of potential problems. He fixed the problem without leaving behind any additional mess that was already there. Would recommend him and Charles Krull & Sons.
