Gregory came to the rescue on a cold winter's day that was, nevertheless, a respite from the days of single-digit temps that froze our pipes and left us without water for a few very difficult days. He was kind, diligent, courteous and highly professional in getting this tough job done, and by the time he left, we had running water in the bathroom and the kitchen! Kirkland and his partner came to prevent cross contamination and remove and disposed of damage ceilings, remove and clean the carpet, clean the floor and apply antimicrobial to all contaminated areas. I found them to be punctual, professional, respectable, helpful, and so polite. The answered all my questions and gave me some helpful hints as well.
