Mike from champion did a great job quickly diagnosing a strange voltage fluctuating issue with my electric service. I was given several quotes for repair from basic to premium service upgrade. I chose the middle of the line service upgrade and then their service upgrade guy Matt came out the same day due to a cancellation to upgrade my service. No more voltage fluctuations and now I have a future proofed electric service with higher capacity for potential upgrades. The price was fair, still expensive of course but fair. Normally I steer clear of service memberships but theirs seems to be a good deal if you're going to be spending a lot on electric work.

Champion Electrical came recommended by a neighbor and our experience with the company has been really good - from the first phone call requesting service for a breaker/wiring concern, to when Stephen D. was assigned to our service request, to completion of the project. We appreciate Steven's professionalism, expertise, clear communication, and time taken to answer our questions. He provided several options for what we could do, and we felt free to make the choice that works best for us right now. Overall, a good experience.

I needed my bathroom exhaust fans installed and Champion Electrical responded right away. They were very accommodating and professional. The Electrician, Michael Young was excellent! He took the time to talk to me about what I needed done and explained the best way to proceed. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I love working with Stephen. He is thorough and really, really good about explaining what he’s doing and what he’s finding. Each time he has presented me with options and the pros and cons of each option. He never pressures or hard sells. Indeed, I have to lean on him a bit to get his professional recommendation among the options. My favorite question to him: “Steve—what would you recommend for your mother?” I feel very confident about his recommendations and about his work.
