Central Heating & A/C Repairs

He was very professional and courteous. He arrived extremely quickly! He was here within an hour of me calling...on a Saturday in August! He explained what he did as he diagnosed the issue, then had it repaired within an hour for a more than reasonable price. I would never have expected a broken A/C issue to be corrected so quickly; least of all on a summer weekend. Central will get all my HVAC business going forward.

This company was amazing. My air condition unit went out on a Monday and we were told by our warranty company they couldn’t find anyone until the following Wednesday. We canceled that and someone else picked it up and was supposed to come the Friday and they were a no show. Back to waiting in a hot house with 2 kids we were back on the warranty companies waiting list. Now this company picked it up on a Sunday at 1 pm and they were out at our house by 4:30 pm. The found the issue and fixed the problem within about 10-15 minutes. I wish the warranty company would have found them in the first place because they provided exceptional service. Sorr... Paid 13,000 dollars to replace my entire system just for my ceiling to cave in 3 weeks later from a leak. Called the company and they said it's not their problem and to call a plumber. They didn't even come out. So we got a plumber out, they poured bleach down the line and everything was good. They said the fact that the previous company did an instal in that condition indicates that they either do not care, or that they are not well trained and shouldn't be performing hvac installs.
