I am a senior citizen who has worked with a variety of service providers over the years. Vlad and his team rate at the very top of all of the individuals with whom I have worked. My bedroom hardwood floor project was small compared to many of his projects. However, he treated me as if it were a large income producing job. His communication was excellent. He was very reassuring and went above and beyond in moving my furniture and helping me restore the room. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I feel that his pricing was very fair. He had mentioned ahead of time that if my bedroom wasn't level there would be an additional charge which turned out to be the case. I appreciated knowing this before we started the project. Vlad personally supervised each step and made sure the work was done to his high standards. It was a pleasure working with him and he has my highest recommendation.

Vlad did a great job replacing carpet with the engineered wood (the we picked) for our new place. He was responsive and honest. The quote and timeline he provided were both accurate and respected. He and his crew were on time each day. Every day they did a cleaning at the of the day and took away all the trash. He said he would finish the job within 4 days and he honored his words. His paper was all in order with the condo association and we are very pleased with the project. I would highly recommend Boston Sunshine Floors!
