Celltech - Cell Phone Repair Arlington TX

At first I went and just got the back done because I was going to have a friend fix the front. I went got the back fixed for a decent price but was in a rush so I didn’t check but later found out the power button didn’t work. I was pretty tight about it but I came back the next day and a more experienced guy was there and cleared it up for me and I even bought my front screen off online and brought it in and they fixed it up for me for $20. Though the start was rough I am very satisfied and appreciate them being actually help.

If I could give this store negative stars I would. They are 100% scamming people. My husband and I went in this evening to look at phone cases. We kept asking for prices, none of the cases were marked. We were told by the sales lady she would have to tell us when she rung them up. They asked if we wanted screen protectors, we both opted to get them. Again asking how much they would be. She again said she would have to tell us when she rung them up. She kept saying that she would give us a discount for Thanksgiving. After the screen protector were applied and she finally rang everything up it was $203!!! For 2 phone cases, nothing fancy, no name brands, and 2 screen protectors. This is absurd, I cannot believe they are allowed to do this and that ANYONE would want to pay that kind of money. We were so shocked that we paid and left. Upon review of the receipt…there is a notice on it that says No Returns or exchanges. We thought about going back and demanding they remove the screen protectors and attempting to return the cases but it did not seem as though they would be accepting of that. With all that said do not go here and get robbed.
