I purchased a phone here on January 1, 2026. I only wanted to spend so much but the man there was desperate to get a sale and increase the price on a used broke down phone. I came to return the phone the next day and he would not take it back. The phone heats up when charging causing me to need a towel to hold it or sit it down. Then it was only getting a charge up to 86%. I tried to take it back again and yet he still would not return my money. It takes about 2 minutes to load when starting. He kept trying to figure out any issue with this phone and yet it still has issues. It runs slow as well and again, I tried to take it back. All of this within the first week of the sale. I got a samsung s20. NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! Eventually my daughter went and purchased me a phone where I should have gone to get my phone. It's my regular cell phone store and I should have just dealt with my issue til my store opened. At least they dont rip you off and they sell phones with lots of space at a reasonable price. Everybody was closed at the time and my old phone was almost gone. I was desperate for a phone but not one that doesnt work. It is now put away and not to be used. I have gone to the right store,AAA cellular in Pantego. I hve a problem free phone and I have the space I needed. I also have a guarantee and they would try to at least swap me a phone. Please, do not go to this store. They are not good for business and will sell you a phone knowing its about the money and not the service of the phone. They are con artists!!! I have a phone I can no longer use due to issues. Been trying to just get my money back. They can have this crap phone, but they wont take it.
