Bought a Samsung galaxy S5 (older phone), got the phone at 1% charge, they failed to mention that there was a no return policy on their merchandise, not sure if it's because the phone is older or it wasnt repaired right but this phone runs soooo slow and refuses to download anything even while connected to wifi. If I had know this would happen I would not have wasted over $200.
Best place in town. I have bought several phones here always good quality always best price I can find. He is always able to help… I even bought a phone from someone else and was having troubles getting service and he took several calls from me and helped me get the problem figured out !!! Won't go anywhere else!!!
I went to pick up a phone after settling on a price and the guy wasn't even there. The other guy that he shares the building with him helped us. He looked and looked for the phone in an unorganized filing cabinet full of phones. He found one that appeared to be it but it was dead so he had to charge it to see if it was the right one based on a wallpaper picture. After waiting 15-20 minutes for it to start up, we found out that it wasn't the right phone. He called the kid back to ask him where it was and he didn't answer. After all the wasted time, we left without a phone. Glad I didn't buy the phone because when he was originally on the phone, he said that he was selling the phone for $300 because he bought it for "half that." Very unprofessional and I will not be going back.
