I purchased a phone case for $37.35, and I repeatedly asked if the plastic cover is easily cleaned since it was a soft rubbery material in a turquoise color and was told yes.3 weeks later the cover was totally brownish looking.I tried everything to clean it with.When I returned to get my money back I was told that I must have done something to cause that ....instead of admitting that the products that they are selling are not of good quality ....that are being bought at a very low wholesale price and then sold at an unbelievable price for almost $40.00 to the public. I received a replacement cover that was black since they had nothing else for me to choose from .They could not offer me money back because they do not give money back.I will never return again to a place that is obviously cheating people .

If you want to get your phone repaired and leave with a device that worse then this is the place to go. I went to fix my iPhone 14+ phone screen; after the repair I had a notification on my phone saying that the glass screen was not a authentic part. I was okay with this knowing the price they charged and knowing that I was going to keep this phone and not resell. SInce the part was not authentic my device began to have its battery drain rapidly. I researched the symptoms and battery drainage is a affect of having a non-authentic screen. I decide to go back to loaction to inquire in what I could do to have this fixed. I expressed that I did not want a refund nor was I upset, I just wanted to if they could do something about the new issues on my phone which was caused by their screen. I was met with hostility from the owner who tried to tell me that I was using my phone improperly, which was the reason for my recent battery change. Eventually we came to a agreement that he would place a new screen on my phone. The new screen that he gave me was also faulty. 3 days after putting on the new screen my phone fell of the couch onto carpet and the screen shattered on the corner. The phone is unuseable. While I know places like this use aftermarket parts, I would still expect there to be integrity in their work. I certainley got what I paid for, and I would advise you to go to any other place than this one to have your phone repaired.

Horrible customer service my phone broke on the 8th day, I brought it back to the same lady who fixed my phone and she insisted on arguing with me & stating it’s my fault/issue instead of fixing my phone ! So rude & unacceptable I was charged $131 for a screen replacement while others paid $80 for the SAME screen replacement… that threw me off but I still paid & even added a screen protector which made my total $165. besides that she argued with me for 20 minutes saying it’s not her problem it’s my responsibility to make sure the phone doesn’t glitch out !!! What sense does that make ? I simply said “instead of arguing with me how about you fix my phone? It could’ve been fixed by now” & she called security on me !!!! Guess what ?! They were completely on my side & they made her fix my phone because it was only right !!! I kid you not it only took her 7 minutes to fix my phone !!!! How she said either apple or I caused the malfunction with my phone only in 8 days after HER repairing it & it only took her 7 minutes to fix it ?!?! Impossible & disgusting behavior. I honestly believe she messed up the first time and did not want to admit it! it was really an ego war with this lady and I will never go back to her ! Only the male worker which is her husband I’ve been told is way more professional … the security at four seasons mall apologized on her behalf because she wasn’t kind enough to even talk with respect. DISGUSTING ….

Had my phone repaired here and wow they are amazing. From the gentleman that helped me order my parts to the wonderful lady that fixed it, I was not disappointed! I was told how long it would be for my screen to come in and they called as soon as it did. My phone was fixed in under 2 hours! Amazing service and they didn't try to rip me off on the repair like some places. I highly recommend Cellaxs if you need repairs or a new case!
