Lisa Collins was extremely helpful in selecting the Kitchen Aid dishwasher. She was knowledgeable and very helpful in ordering the dishwasher I wanted. It is always nice to have someone to give the assistance needed.

Our washing machine broke, and we decided to buy a speed queen. Queen City is the only dealer close to us so I reached out to them and was assisted by Lisa Collin’s a new sales person on staff. She did an A+ job in helping us order a new machine and setting up a delivery date while keeping us informed of changes. She was quick to return my calls and always willing to help. Overall, from sale to delivery, it was a great experience..

DJ is excellent to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Ask for him if you have any questions in your purchasing process! The store itself is also great. Spacious, lots of options and prices with warranty information clearly listed. I loved being able to see all the Speed Queen options right in the front as I walked in - they know their customers!
