I don’t recommend going here. I got scammed and he tried to sell me a screen protector that’s not for my phone. I told him I have an iPhone 16 pro and he tried to give me a screen protector that’s smaller. I told him I’m not buying it if it’s not for my phone. Then he was rude to me when I had to go back because my screen protector broke the next day.

Took my phone for a new screen replacement phone “seemed” to be fine when he showed it to me even gave me a “free” screen protector and when I left he said to “lower my brightness down to save my battery”? I thought that was weird because my phone was on 75%. Anyways, as soon as I got home the screen would turn pink and cut off and on. This kept happening a few times and even when I tried to send a text the screen would glitch. Shortly after this all occurred, my phone began to OVER HEAT. Phone was so hot I could have literally burned myself. Message would pop up stating phone needs to cool down before use. I had to keep my phone on top of my air vents over the night to keep it cool while on charger. I woke up next morning phone was on 40% and I had phone on charger the whole night. As soon as I took the phone off the air vent it began to over heat all over again. Battery drained completely out from the over heating and phone would not cut on again. I was without a phone the whole day because I had to work with sick children at home on top of this inconvenience and bad business. Then I had to waste time after work and gas to go back to the mall to bring it back. I explained to him that he did something to my phone and that I have had repair done to my screen before (this is the 2nd replacement) and none of this occurred the first time. I explained to him what was happening to my phone AFTER HE touched it and he was making it seem like I was crazy and that water must of gotten in it or that it is a battery issue. He then put a new screen on it and the phone came back up. He then put it on some portalable charger I told him to keep it plugged into a regular charger instead just in case. A few minutes later screen turned pink, cut off and cut back on same way it started when I took it home yesterday. He then pulled up the battery level in the settings and battery level showed BATTERY WAS FINE? But still insisted he is still not at fault. Regardless to if you are only replacing the screen; I do not know what they do what parts they are taking out or removing it is not my job to know however when I pay $180 for a service that took him only 10 minutes to do I expect it to be done correctly. Removing the screen is EXPOSING the internal parts of a phone it does not take a rocket science to know that so something was done to my phone in error and NOW I need to replace and wait for a whole new phone . Would NOT RECOMMEND this place. Take your money to a LEGIT phone repair place that knows what they are doing and that are more professional!
