Apple Lynnhaven Mall

I went to the apple store at Lynnhaven Mall last night for a software malfunction with my iphone 12 and I received excellent customer service. We did have a long wait to be helped prior but it was worth it. We walked in before our scheduled time to be seen to check on the appointment and a younger gentleman who I cant rememeber his name, was extremely helpful and attentive. He asked my name, asked my issue and started the process immediately. He had walked away to help others and then a young lady named Nae jumped in and helped me as the beginning of my troubleshooting process failed. Throughout my time there, they both were working together to help fix my issue. Both of them were extremely knowledgable and cared about resolving my issue. It failed quite a few times but they were persistent and it paid off!! I was dreading having to get a new phone but didn't have to because they never gave up and got my phone working! They were just overall very nice and pleasant which you don't see alot of that nowadays so just wanted to give them some praise and thank them. Also, I believe it was the manager, I didn't catch her name, but she also was very courteous and helpful at the end. If you need any help with your apple products, definitely go to the apple store at Lynnhaven Mall!!!!

Awesome experience! Give David a raise. My appointment for my mac air was on time. Everyone in the store was helpful and smart. They identified the problem and handled it quickly. My computer was mailed back to my home 2 days later since we live a couple hours away. David seems to be the guy that knows it all and he was working with 3 customers at the same time moving between us all professionally and patiently while also answering questions from his other genius team. He is a treasure and hope Apple knows how wonderful he is. Calm , patient and smart!

Excellent experience at this store. My appointment was last-minute and I was traveling with a damaged macbook so I needed help quickly. The attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the technician was so beyond what I'm used to in a retail setting. They took time and really went above and beyond to get me on a path to resolution. Didn't seem to matter that I was taking my laptop home with me to be fixed at another store. Would 100% recommend Apple Lynnhaven.
