Cell Care Phone Repair

EDIT: It later turned out that the rear flashlight also stopped working after the repair. So the back glass was replaced, but the phone came back with visible frame scratches and a damaged flashlight. I brought my iPhone 13 mini in for a cracked back glass replacement. The back glass was replaced and the phone functions the same as before, however, after picking it up I noticed scratches on the metal frame around the back glass and near the camera lenses. These marks were not there before and clearly happened during the repair. They are not deep scratches into the metal, but more like the color or finish has been scratched off. In normal light they are quite visible and stand out on the frame. I am attaching before and after photos of the camera corner to show this. I spoke with the shop about the scratches, and they said it’s “normal”. They didn’t mention this beforehand, otherwise I’d have gone elsewhere. They offered a partial refund, but that doesn’t really make up for it. There was also some confusion with timing. At first I was told the part was in stock, but later it turned out it had to be ordered, so the repair took longer than expected. Not a huge issue, but disappointing if you were expecting a same-day repair.

The owners are amazing and friendly.. I fixed my phone here, the guy was nice and he explained the issue and showed me how to fix it for next time. In addition, he clearly mentioned the difference between different screens and why they come in different prices. I appreciated that. He fixes everything from simple things like screen replacement to more complex problems like motherboards issues. Give him your phone and rest assured he will get it done fast and well!!
