Matthew was perfect! We have a complicated account with most services offered. He had an immediate answer to every question, roadblock, compilations, or silly questions. We left with exactly what we wanted and the experience was lifted by his friendly and knowledgeable service. Definitely recommend!!!

It's a mall what can you say about a mall not a bad experience but like most malls these days it was fairly dead went in looking for shoes and the selection was slim was told repeatedly we can order whatever you want... I can do that from home but I guess thats what's killing malls I just hate shopping for clothes and shoes online because they dont look the same half the time different brands and lines fit different and without trying them on you may get something super uncomfortable I have gotten a few jackets and alot of shirts that just flat diddent fit right online

I had a great experience at the Vancouver Mall recently. The mall is clean and spacious, with a variety of stores to choose from. I was able to find some great deals on new clothes, shoes, and accessories. The food court has a great selection of food and drinks, and I was able to find something for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this mall to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.
