What a ridiculous phone system and more ridiculous business ethic! When you finally understand what extensions you're supposed to dial to reach a sales team member, you have the option of eight different numbers. I dialed each one of them and got a voicemail with several of the voicemails having outdated out-of-office replies that were more than a month old. When I finally find out there's an extension for a manager, I dialed that number and tried to explain to Brandy my difficulty and she just kept talking over me and excusing why no one was answering their phones. Then she told me she was going to transfer me to someone who was in the store today and I told her I already dialed that person's extension but she cut me off and transferred me anyway to which I was again routed to a voicemail. If this is the kind of service you get when you're just trying to get new flooring, I don't even want to go into the process of purchasing flooring and getting it installed from them.
