A technician from Wooden Sun came out in November to measure for new vented fireplace insert. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Said someone would get back to me with proposals for what would work in our space. But radio silence since then. Repeated phone calls, DMs, Facebook, form filled out on website, all go unanswered. Some kind of acknowledgement would go a long way. I understand this is a busy time of year but not responding and following through with no explanation is just bad customer service.
