This place is not well maintained, their cold case is frequently expired, their hot sandwiches are almost always an hour or two past throw out time still in the case when we go on lunch and the coffee is burnt. Enjoy eating here if you like garbage
Just had the worst experience ever with the lady checking me out. She was rude and inconsiderate! You would think during a major event going on in town they would have better service
**Pizza Review: Half Taco Half Supreme from Amana Casey’s General Store** Late Sunday night, with a cheat meal craving in full swing, I decided to treat myself to something special: the Half Taco Half Supreme pizza from Casey’s General Store. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint. First off, shoutout to Kale, the pizza guy, who absolutely crushed it. The pizza was made to perfection—10/10, hands down. The Half Taco side was everything you'd want in a taco-inspired pizza: spicy, flavorful, and loaded with all the right toppings. The blend of seasoned beef, gooey cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes all came together in a way that satisfied both my taco and pizza cravings in one bite. The Supreme side was just as incredible. Packed with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and peppers, every bite was a burst of savory goodness. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce just right, and the cheese, oh the cheese—melty, stretchy, and absolutely delicious. Overall, this pizza hit every mark. I’m already looking forward to my next late-night cheat meal. Thanks, Kale, for delivering the goods. If you haven’t tried this combo yet, do yourself a favor and grab one. Highly recommended!
Gas station. They've all the essentials you expect to find plus a few others. It's not the largest in the world but it's got everything you want and it was the cheapest price around when we were there. They also had a good selection of hot food. And ice in and out and all-around great experience.
Road trip took me here. Stopped for the bathroom, it was nasty!! Even though the sign on the door talked about how clean restrooms are important. This toilet brush should have been replaced about 3 years ago, and the bucket of nasty water catching a leak should have been fixed around the same time. I attempted to send a message to the web address but oddly enough When I pushed the submit button it said I left out the time of day? I had originally entered all info including the time 1:00 pm. I tried two more times with the same result so I gave up On the up side: they allow dogs to drive in Iowa😄
