Watch out for Miscellaneous fees they add on when you get an oil change. Of course there was no explanation they just handed me the bill. Things like that break your customers trust. Over $100 for an oil change

Ralph Camacho is the guy to see at the ford service...he made made it easy for me and is real professional about everything...He diagnosed my truck in 1 day after I dropped it off...Cause of him I will take my truck back to get it service from now on

I was having a ticking in the engine and my phone would not connect so I decided to stop in person. I explained what was going on and they were ablento send a tech out to run the computer diagnostics. Found it was a misfiring spark. They were very busy and I was impressed they were able to squeeze me in to help a fella out
