My husband and I have relied on Scott’s knowledge and skills to take care of our cars for many years. Since my husband passed away, Scott has not only provided excellent work on my car, he has also guided me in selecting a new car after I totaled mine in an accident. He genuinely cares about his customers and the work that he and his staff provide on our vehicles. He does an excellent job of providing a clear picture to those of us that are not knowledgeable about cars. I have recommended his services to many of my friends. Went there twice this year. First time was to have a gas tank strap replaced. I furnished the part and it was $300 labor. Plus on my way home the gas line came loss and started leaking gas everywhere, lost 10 gallons of gas. Went straight back and they fixed it. Didn't even offer to replace my lost gas. And kinda laughed about it. Went back recently to give them a second chance. Quoted me $280 labor to replace fuel pump (I furnished parts) took 2 days and they charged me $600 because it was harder than they thought it would be. I wanted to make them my regular shop. But I can't afford their prices. The discount you gave me was Because I'm a veteran. Not about your price hike. And the $175 brake line you ran looks like crap zip tied to the frame.
