Service upstairs in the showroom was great. If you’re not a plumber and you have questions about plumbing supplies, don’t expect the same service downstairs. One employee who we’ve talked with by phone and at the sales counter, shows no skill for imparting information to the layperson. He can ring up a purchase all right, and maybe answer a question if you press hard enough. When I walked in and said “hello”, neither this guy or the older guy greeted me. The lack of friendly, helpful customer service downstairs makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I'm not going to give them a one star because I haven't had the pleasure of using their business. Many good reviews but one thing is for sure: their drivers are dangerous. I know for a fact that one of their drivers was going way over 60, and they were so close to the cars in front of them that if they had been brake checked, there would for sure be an accident. If your business values speed over safety, count me out of your business.
