Service: courteous and welcoming staff. My only problem is that they sold my information as well as details about my car to a third party without my consent. I would think that such things would not happen in a state like Indiana which prides itself on personal liberty amongst other things.

It started out with a radiator replacement then another issue i didn't originally have started when they gave me the vehicle back while literally driving away.The shop ended up having my vehicle nearly 3 weeks while they tried figuring out the issue. It was finally fixed, but now I hear a noise while driving I did not have before so will take to another place. The people were professional in their interactions with me, but it was a horrible experience. **Update** I was still experiencing issues with overheating and took it to another place. I found out I was leaking radiator coolant and for whatever reason, the reservoir was not resupplying the radiator. I will still give three stars because the owner called me and that alone says he was interested in my issue being corrected, but I am still very unsatisfied with the work performed.

Sparks got me in and out for a job in one day that others were estimating 3 to 10 days. Plus, they did it for less. I have went to Sparks for years and have always had excellent service done. Everyone is friendly, honest, and willing to help out in any way.

Chad and his team were top notch. Fair pricing, quality service. They were honest on what needs to be done with our car (Touareg). This will save us money and time compared to taking it to the dealership that will charge you an arm and leg. We finally found our local mechanic shop. Will definitely service our cars thru them.
