Courteous, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Local employees. I’m greeted on a first name basis. I’ve bought home appliances and furniture from this store. The only place I will buy appliances. If repairs are needed, LOCAL repairmen are available.
I recently purchased a new refrigerator from this business. I didn't want to deal any longer with the big box stores . I found this Conway store and am so impressed with their courteous staff and attention to my questions. Thoroughly recommend them and will use them for future purchases and referrals.
After a month of screw ups and cancellations from Lowe's, I started researching local companies. From the first phone call with Carla, I was immediately put at ease. Not only did they have the washer dryer in stock, they delivered in two days! The men who delivered and installed my machine were friendly, respectful, quick and mindful of all my things around them. Highly recommend this business.
I went here for new living room set (tv stand two end tables and a coffee table) I found a set I really liked and couldn’t find anywhere else. The prices are crazy high but I liked it. The one blond lady, sorry I never got the name, clearly didn’t want to help me I assume because she thought I wouldn’t qualify for financing. The other lady there finally helped me and was very nice. I was able to get all pieces except the coffee table had to be ordered 8-10 weeks which wasn’t a problem. It took them two trips to get all the pieces delivered due to some issue they were having, and when the last piece was delivered it was damaged. I am still waiting on my coffee table and replacement end table, there is no communication what so ever. When I call to check the status I get nothing but attitude like I am a bother, and no answers as to what is going on with my furniture. Even though I spent over 2500$ dollars in there store.
