In my opinion, it should not have taken 3 hours and 15 minutes to change the oil, rotate the tires and replace two filters when you had an appointment. However, Heather Jenkins in the service department did an excellent job keeping me informed. She was very professional!
I want and have to give a huge shout out to Myles in the service department. With any question or assistance that we have needed- Myles has always gone above and beyond for us. His hard work and dedication to getting the job done doesn't go unseen from us. He is the best and we are so grateful for all he has done and helped with. Thank you so much for all that you do Myles!
I recently visited Carlock Toyota of Tupelo after having been told by another company that the starter needed to be replaced in my Toyota Highlander. After diagnostic testing, it was determined that the battery was the issue and not the starter. The testing also revealed that there were other issues which needed to be addressed, and they were. Mr. Logan Whitten was my Service Advisor. Logan was very professional and did an excellent job of keeping me notified as to the progress of the repairs being made, as well as answering any questions I had. It was necessary that I leave my vehicle overnight. Logan arranged for me to be driven home by Mr. Ray Fowler. Mr. Fowler is a kind and compassionate gentleman, and he is a delight to be around. He also came to my home and brought me back to the dealership when all the repairs were completed. Logan and Mr. Fowler are definitely assets to the dealership. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. In addition, special thanks to Service Technicians, Omar Gamez and Brandon Messer. Although I did not meet Mr. Gamez and Mr. Messer, I appreciate the hours of work they put into getting my vehicle in top running condition. One last thing, my final bill was almost $500.00 less than the original estimate. I would highly recommend this dealership.
