Reply Thank you for your reply over a year later. I really appreciate your feedback. However, there are some things that need to be cleared up and I think you may have me confused with another dissatisfied customer. Our company truck is a 2018 RAM 3500. So the statement regarding a "10 to 20 year old motor mount" is completely irrelevant to the company truck we trusted you to service. Also, the truck does not have spark plugs. It is a 6.7 Cummins diesel engine, which does not have spark plugs. The company paid over $5000 for a total rebuild, which we never received. The motor your company allegedly rebuilt went out less than one year later following the rebuild. So if you would like to make the situation right, a full refund would be greatly appreciated. We look forward to hearing from you.
My company used Tupelo Engine Rebuilders to rebuild a 6.7 Cummins Engine for the company truck. Initially, they appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional regarding their services. However, as the business interaction transpired, these characteristics were proven to be inaccurate. The work performed has proven to be poor and shoddy. After, getting the truck back, following the rebuild, the engine started knocking. We returned the truck back to Tupelo Engine Rebuilders. During that period of "repairing", more damages were done. The damages included oil leaking from the engine, wiring issues, and damages to the exhaust manifold, as well as the motor mounts. Mr. Wesley was contacted regarding the new damages and issues with the truck. However, his solution was only to pay $250 toward any repairs, therefore, not honoring the company's warranty. Five months later, the engine went out again. Today my company has had to incur more fees to replace the engine and repair the damages Mr. Wesley and his company caused. I would highly recommend not trusting your vehicle to this company.
