Evan was amazing & professional. He allowed me to hang with him the entire time he was inspecting my 15 year old furnace. There were 2 major concerns & a few other concerns that he showed me, took pictures of all & we discussed options to repair or replace the furnace. I've been so grateful that every Cardinal Technician lets me be present and answers all of my questions when they are inspecting my furnace & central air conditioner. My review is about Mike who works for Cardinal. Mike had just finished up with a customer in our neighborhood and was driving by my house and saw that I was outside trying to shovel the recent icy snow. I am 63 years old and it was pretty slick out and Mike stopped and offered to help since he had time before his next appointment. He grabbed a shovel and worked alongside me and helped me shovel my driveway. Cardinal really employed a great man when they employed Mike. He made my day and my Christmas and renewed my faith in people. His generosity and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you Mike.
