I have used Cardinal Computer over the course of 8 years for jobs ranging from hard drive repair and replacement to data recovery. Somehow I continue to be further impressed with their service. I say somehow because their service has been top notch from day 1. Being one who is dependent upon reliable technology, but not tech savvy, it is such a relief to know that help is available when I need it. Look no further for your computer needs. ****UPDATE**** I just wanna say I was blown away by how the owner of this business took care of me today, literally 1 day after my initial review, he took the time out of his day to contact me personally an thank me for my honesty, and talk to me on the phone, an he did more than enough to take care of me and make it right when in all reality he didnt have to do anything, even a year later cause I was a little late with my review, but wow just shows you honesty an being respectful can go a long way. They may have made an initial mistake without realizing or meaning too but like I said they did more than enough to take care of me. They gave me a gaming computer free of charge, no strings attached, didnt matter if i updated the review or not. god bless you, that meant more to me than you will ever know. Highly recommend going to cardinal computer for all your computer needs. I didnt know how many stars to leave as a review, but here was my experience, didnt get charged anything for them to "diagnose" my problem which i thought was awesome, my daughter's gaming computer just all of a sudden wouldn't turn on one day, everything was pointing to the power supply being bad but I just wanted a second opinion by someone who works on computers so I brought it to them, I drop it off an get a call the next day I believe stating that the motherboard is bad and everything is too old to fix an i should just buy a new gaming computer, ok I appreciate it but I ain't doing that. I went straight online an bought the exact same motherboard that was in the computer.... fast forward a year later... I ended up putting together a different computer for my daughter to game on cause I had a a couple different computers to pick an choose from an just made one work, well I got bored today an was like you know what ima fix that other gaming computer I got, took the old mother board out put in the new one, did everything you're supposed to do, hook it up an guess what STILL NO DAMN POWER an after completely taking the whole tower apart you can hear the power supply making very bad noises like shorting out so guess what, just like I thought the power supply is bad. So my question is was the motherboard even bad to begin with? How did you come to that conclusion, an if you did do it the right way an it was bad why wasn't I told the power supply was bad too, to say im pissed off would be an understatement, luckily I know how to work on computers just enough to get by, I just really didnt think yall would do me like that an make it seem like my only option was to buy a new gaming computer from you like wow seriously guys do better. I could of a saved myself the hassle of doing all that today
