From the first phone call, Kevin was professional, and clearly experienced in handling urgent situations. He was very helpful. He arrived quickly, assessed the issue thoroughly, and got to work immediately to stop the leak and prevent further damage. What really stood out was his efficiency and attention to detail — he didn’t just fix the immediate problem, he carefully inspected the surrounding system to make sure everything was secure before leaving. Working on a weekend emergency isn’t easy, but he maintained a positive attitude and kept me informed every step of the way. Diego came out on 2/2 to address my burst pipe, he was great! Very informative and knew what he was talking about, very book smart but also street smart on handling issues. He walked me through his process and its following steps and helped me understand not only the issue but best ways to address it in real time but also, types of preventive maintenance. Would definitely love to have him work on all of my sprinkler systems!

My review is not for Capital Sprinklers as a whole, but specifically for Diego and Omar. They are, by far, the best employees in that company. Their job performance makes you feel comfortable and secure — they truly know what they are doing. In my experience, not everyone works at their level, but with them, we were extremely happy with the quality of their work.
