I originally called Royal Renovators Inc for what I thought was a minor issue at my property in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, but it turned out to be damage from an old, poorly done repair. Eric explained the situation clearly and laid out realistic options without any pressure. The repair was handled properly, the cleanup was thorough, and the entire process felt straightforward from start to finish. Definitely a company I would trust again.

Today I had the pleasure of watching, from my 26th floor apartment, as the team at Royal Renovators replaced a roof on a home across the street in Forest Hills, Queens. I was truly impressed by the speed, efficiency, and organization of this hardworking crew. A large team arrived early, cleared the snow, removed the old roof, and carefully installed the new roofing system layer by layer. It was clear they were experienced professionals who knew exactly what they were doing. It was like watching a bee-hive on the nature channel. The activity was non-stop, the entire process felt like watching a perfectly coordinated operation. Materials arrived right on time, were lifted to the roof by crane, every worker moved with purpose (including going up and down the ladder) while supporting one another. The energy never slowed down and the job site stayed active from start to finish. I'm not sure I ever saw a single worker stop to rest or take a break. Even with the short and cold February days, the crew completed the entire project before sunset. I live in an apartment so I may not need roofing services anytime soon, but if I ever do, Royal Renovators will absolutely be my first call.

I truly can't say enough good things about Mike and his team at Royal Renovators. They do fantastic, high quality work, with the highest integrity. They work quickly and are excellent at communicating with clients to keep them updated on their project - frankly, much better communication than other contractors I've hired previously. More details about the job we hired Royal for. We bought a 3 family home in Brooklyn a few years ago that had been renovated by flippers. It had an EIFs siding that we eventually discovered had some issues that resulted in water leakage. We had gone through a few different contractors who patched the EIFs and "waterproofed" it with different kinds of sealants, but eventually, we always had another issue crop up that needed to be addressed. We hired Royal on a word-of-mouth recommendation, and had them replace the EIFS siding on the entire front and back exteriors of our home. The first thing that struck us working with Royal is how knowledgeable the project manager, Mike, was. He really knows his stuff and was able to help us understand the different options ahead of us. After the work began, they found that the company that originally gut renovated and flipped the home had not properly installed the EIFs (they literally hadn't applied any waterproofing underneath) causing damage to some of the underlying wood sheets beneath. Mike kept us updated on everything they found, and how to fix it properly. They replaced all damaged wood and installed all required layers for waterproofing and insulation in a textbook fashion. I can't speak highly enough about the quality of work, and the photos from before, during and after the renovation speak for themselves. They left the job site very clean, and were extremely professional. We did this work at the beginning of the summer, and haven't had any issues since. Very grateful for Mike and his team.
