Ram 3500, cab & chassis, dual wheel flatbed, 6.7 Cummins. As a lifelong mechanic on my own company equipment, this was the first time I trusted others to do my work. Unlike the big dealerships, Capitol City is not a rip off operation. I was well aware of the work involved to replace an entire clutch, flywheel, pressure plate assembly on my Dodge Ram 3500 dually. Their price was fair and no problems with their high quality work. Dealing with Todd the owner was accomodating, friendly, and professional. They will be my go to repair shop for their specialty work. They remain very busy and there is a reason for this. ..their reputation for performance. A very thorough vehicle inspection was an added bonus. 👍 It is worth the wait to have them do the repairs. Unsolicited comments.

Way up Basin Creek we got stuck, high centered. When we got the 2007 GMC 4WD unstuck the drivetrain was not working or was not sounding very well in 4H. Hoisted up at a friends shop we saw metal shavings in the front differential fluid. Fearing the need for significant front end work I brought my GMC to the only place I trusted. Initially, CCT thought (before looking at it, (based on my description) they may need to order parts and it would take 4 to 5 days. Once Todd and his crew looked things over, they noticed a plate had been bent upward affecting the performance of the drivetrain. Instead they replaced a crankshaft sensor, removed and replaced the U-joint, removed and replaced both front differential axle seals, along with the right-hand CV axle. Todd called saying the 4WD was working properly and the front end work was not that extensive. He called to suggest doing the list described above and that it would be completed by next day! It cost way less than I feared!
