Above and Beyond! I have battled with my gaming rig for the better part of two years now and finally decided to take it in. Nathan was absolutely amazing. What started as a search for what was wrong turned into finding and fixing the issue, rebuilding my PC, moving the PC into another case and doing that all in one day. I CANNOT stress how blown away I am by the effort and customer service Nathan demonstrated. EVERY issue we ran into he had a solution for. To top it all off he completed the fix and had my PC ready to play in a days work on Halloween. This has been the best experience with a tech I've ever had and is an absolute gem to have in Evanston.

I love love love this place. A couple of different family members referred me to them when my computer died. He ran a overnight diagnostic on the computer and found out that the hard drive was crashing. He showed me that he could repair it but considering the age of the computer it was more cost effective to replace the computer. He was able to get me a new one for $230 with twice as much storage and 100 times faster. And only charged me 90 for the diagnostics and transferring all my stuff to the new computer.
