Deru's Glass Works

Needed work on garage door. Said they might could do it Friday afternoon nothing no phone call saying rather they was going to be there or not never showed up .Set up for Saturday I waited around all day again nothing no call or explanation, nothing I mean nodda. Ordered parts for my garage door said it would be in Friday,agine no communication wasn't in said it would be Tues agine parts didn't come, finally got them Thursday and that was me calling them to check on my parts. Im done with them at least they could do was pick up the _ _ _ phone .

I called them 4 times in a month. I was always told there wasn't a tech available and they would call me back, but I never receive a call back. The 5th call someone answered and I finally got an appointment for a quote. They came an hour late to the appointment. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received a qoute from them. It was for 2 mirrors so it shouldn't be hard to calculate a number. Very unprofessional. Will never call them again

Very pleased with the service from Deru’s. My garage door torsion springs had pulled away from the wall. I called Deru’s and they were able to send someone to help me the following morning. Carver was my service technician. He was thorough and worked a solution for my installation although it was not originally installed following normal setup. He looked over and serviced my garage door, pulleys, and chains. Everything works better now. I will certainly be a repeat customer.
