I can safely say Jay and Greg at EvnTech are two of the most valuable people in my life. I am so, so technologically challenged I do not know what I would do without them. They are ALWAYS fast, professional, very, very knowledgeable, and most of all very nice and extremely good to work with!!!!! Wish I could clone them and sell them to some of the other help services I call. Sure would make my life a LOT easier!!!!! I can not thank them enough for all they do and have helped me with!!!

I have used EvnTec-Evanston IT Service for a lot of years. Their service is exceptional. They have always been able to help solve EVERY problem I have had--including being hacked (twice). They are kind and very patient and, it does not matter how long it takes, they get the issue resolved. Many people can do a job but the quality is different. EvnTec's quality is world-class. Again, I appreciate their very capable service and I would recommend them to anyone who has any issue with their computer. I do not live in Evanston. The technician comes into my computer remotely. It is great not to have to leave my home and travel to take my computer to another town to have the issue resolved. Thank you, Greg, for helping me out today!
