Sean was amazing helping me get set up with a new phone and iPad. I felt like a kid with new tennis shoes! Great service and attentiveness. I also watched him help his colleagues several times trying to help other customers who were less familiar as he was with the packages and whatnot. My rating would be higher if it was an option!

Good service with CSpire .it's a lot better than my old carrier.John hooked me up with a descent phone and monthly service is reasonable . And data provides good signal , I look forward to doing business for all my needs . I give 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Don’t waste your time with these people! This is a privately owned company and clearly do not care about their customers. I went in to buy a new phone and have it transferred to my old phone and was basically told that I couldn’t and she was unwilling to help. I decided to take a quick ten minute drive to the CSpire in Gulfport and was helped without an issue. I’m not sure what their problem at this location but if you want actual help go to the one in Gulfport not this location.

This store is the only one I will go too. They are friendly, informative and very helpful. Antonius is fantastic. *Update to this review: C Spire has moved Antonius to the Bay St. Louis store. 🙁 This location is still real good. No long waits... the young man that helped me just wasn't as knowledgeable as Antonius.
