Adam was great. He explained everything in detail before they came out and kept in touch all the way up to the appointment. They were so friendly and did a great job making sure everything was done professionally and up to code. The pics are a before and after while they were finishing up.
John did a great job in repairing our commode and two sinks. He was very cordial and helpful. John has extensive experience in plumbing repairs. He unclogged our commode and replaced parts in two of our sink faucets.
John was excellent. Kept us fully informed about arrival time, explained what he was doing and why, and left the place clean and tidy. Represented the company very well. Will definitely use the company and hopefully John again.
Always use Butler. They are great, never have to wait long for work to get done. Very professional and friendly. Tara that answers the phone is wonderful. Always very friendly on the phone and does everything possible to help you quickly. John is amazing. Always on time and never have to clean up after him. We want no other to come out to our house.
